This volume of Software Development Plan identifies software mdeveloping requirements to be satisfied by organizations developing computer programs.
Thsi volume is intended to define software development technical activities and technical products to be adressed in the software management plan generated by each software development organization. It is not intended to define how the organization is to manage the activities defined herein, but, rather, to define the software development activities to be managed by the organization and monitored by the government and to identify the technical products to be generated by the organization for delivery to the government. This volume also identifies terminology and standards to be employed on all software development efforts.
