This course is designed to offer both skill and knowledge enhancement to attendees to adress these more complex issues. It will establish a firm baseline in undestanding stakeholder and requirements management throughout the project life cycle. It will then examine each of the life cycle stages and PMI acope management areas, and introduce tools and techniques for handling advanced issues in those ares.
