Communication is the root of virtually all success. Even engineers and mathematicians must find a way to translate their work into understandable communications for their work to be applied outside their own level expertise（專家）.
Communication, however, are anything but mechanical, and some would say their experience is the only method for developing those skills because unlike many other tools in the project manager’s toolkit, communication are inherently（天生就是） ambiguous and prone to（仰賴）interpretation. And it is interpretation —— incorrect interpretation especially —— that is the root cause of many project failures. It is the use of more effective two-way communication that well could have avoided many disappointments and outright（徹底的）failures.
